Half Cow -- You'll end up with around 220 lbs of dry aged, vacuum packed, freezer ready meat for $1940
Place a deposit to begin your custom beef order. Once your cow is taken to the processor we will contact you to fill out a cut sheet. You get to make the choice on how the beef is processed by filling out the custom cut sheet with your preferences. An extra charge of $1.55/lb will be added for cube steak.
You will receive an email requesting you order and pay for the final transaction once your cow has been processed and is available for pickup.
