Beef Back Ribs

These are from the upper rib section of the steer and are fabulous grilled or smoked. The meat on these ribs is mostly IN between the ribs. The meat ON the ribs is what is left over after cutting the ribeye steaks. These aren't super meaty ribs but the meat in between the bones is very flavorful and melt in your mouth tender. We love to smoke these and then throw them on the grill on high heat for a few minutes.
