Fire up those smokers!! Beef brisket is from the breast or lower chest section. It contains layers of fat and lean meat, but no bones. Often cured in a salt brine to make corned beef. It is also delicious when smoked low and slow for that perfect bite. Our brisket is between 4.5 lbs to 11 lbs so leave a comment if you prefer a certain size.
