Flat Iron - Whole - Not cut into steaks

These flat irons were not cut into steaks. They will need to be cut once defrosted so the silver skin can be removed from the center of the piece (cut approximately in half length wise). Once the silver skin is removed you can cut into 2 steaks from the top portion and 2 steaks from the bottom portion. This will require a sharp knife.
