Whole Cow -- You'll end up with around 440 lbs of dry aged, vacuum packed, freezer ready meat for $3880
Place a deposit to begin your custom beef order. Once your cow is taken to the processor we will contact you to fill out a cut sheet. You get to make the choice on how the beef is processed by filling out the custom cut sheet with your preferences. An extra charge of $1.55/lb will be added for cube steak.
You will receive an email requesting you order and pay for the final transaction shortly before your cow is processed. After we pick up your order from the processor you will receive an email letting you know it's ready for pick up.
